In the 1930s, the cinema Na Zámečnici was established, which closed down in the early 1990s. In 2021, our association krutón, z.s. managed to revive the cinema, and since 2022 it has been open all year round. We have renamed the cinema to Kino Kavalírka referring to the historical film studios in Kavalírka.
Kino Kavalírka is e-cinema features 1080p standard projection and multi-channel sound in a 5.1 configuration. A set of high-performance JBL loudspeakers is installed in the hall, operated by an Emotiva BasX MC1 processor supporting the latest surround sound formats. The cinematic experience can be enjoyed on a five metre screen. Standard seating is 50 comfortable retro chairs, the maximum capacity of the cinema is 70 seats (theatre-style seating). The space is variable (allowing for dance, theatre and intimate music events). During the summer months, the cinema garden is open, with over 500m2 and a capacity of up to 150 visitors.
We accept credit cards. Dogs on leads are allowed in the cinema and garden.
